Our signature Tikka Chicken Grill

Our chicken tikka grill is barbecued using skewers to hold the meat instead of a flat surface. The skewers are placed in a hot oven until they become charred. Then the skewers are then removed and the meat is cooked over a flame and finished with a hint of our secret mint sauce
