Veg/Chicken Biryani

Biryani is a rice dish originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal. It is pronounced “biryané” in Urdu, “biriani” in Hindi and “beriyani” in Sindhi. It can be made with either meat (lamb or chicken) or vegetables.
